Greetings, Adventurers!

Lots of posts today, to play catch up from my busy weekend.

This episode, we are beginning our quest into the story mission of Taking Stocks!

But, first, we have to deck out our party with some awesome new gear – starting with sir Huckleberry, the Knight! We give him a 16-bit support token, so that he has the Inspire action, which is my favorite blue button, because it gives all allies Hasten and Power! Then, we give him a sweet lance that deals two (2) damage to all enemies in Lance 4, and ignores armor. So, that is good, as the only way they can negate it is by assigning block dice. And, with his Piercing First Lunge, he will deal that two (2) damage repeatedly in a turn, if assigned a blue button. That can take down a hearty amount of bad guys, and we will see it used for a long time throughout the rest of the game, because I take him on almost every mission. He is just THAT GOOD!

Then, we give him some armor, so he has a little bit of Shell, and then we get his move cranked up to eight (8) squares! That is one seriously devastating knight, I do not care who you are.

Couple more guys get some new stuff, like the Mage, and our very own Ranger, but nothing game changing, just small upgrades.

We fill our backpack, and choose our team of eight (8) members, which we split in half. I take the Paladin, Barbarian, Knight, and Ranger on the Water Storage mission, which is first. My second team is the remaining Cleric, Candy, Fighter, and Mage, which is part two (2).

Part one (1) finds us staving off three (3) waves of enemies. They just pop out of nowhere, and there are about ten (10) at a time, in various parts of the map. I send the Barbarian and Knight to the left, and send the Paladin and Ranger to the bottom of the screen to take out the others, since the enemies on the left tend to be a little beefier. The enemies at the bottom of the map are smaller, so the Ranger can pick them off two (2) at a time with her arrows, and the bad guys that do seem to be a littler bigger are easily slain by the Paladin.

After the three (3) waves, there is a final push with quite a few more kobolds, but they are all pretty easily dispatched, because this is Easy Mode after all. The objective is to kill the Elites, but I kill them all, and then an OGRE shows up! We know what they do at this point, so he is not very threatening – especially with this group of heroes I chose to bring in here. He goes down after about a round.

Then, after all the fighting, we learn that some of the Kobolds started a fire, so we split our party of four (4) into parties of two (2) and this particular mission concludes.

This mission took about sixteen (16) minutes, and we killed thirty-six (36) monsters with a total of one hundred thirty-nine (139) damage dealt.

Our plunder includes:

1x Silver Weapon

1x Gold Armor

2x Bronze Trinkets

1x Gold Trinket

and somehow NO CONSUMABLES?!

Catch all the action > HERE <

Tune in next time to find out how we go about putting out this fire that the kobolds started, and finding out who is behind all of these dastardly kobold attacks!

This is SuperDungeonExplorer, reminding you to Join the Party, and Get the Loot!

Hmm it seems like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any points for first-time blog writers? I’d definitely appreciate it.
